Prices Prices do not include delivery charges. We retain the right to adjust incorrect prices. Prices shown on the site are in Euros. All prices include applicable Spanish IVA.
Promotions Promotion codes are limited to one time per customer and cannot be combined with other offers, if not otherwise explicitly stated. Promotion codes and offers are only valid within the explicitly set time or as far as we have stock and not applicable to previously placed orders.
Delivery Time & Costs All orders will be dispatched on regular working days, monday to fridays. Please note that the following delivery charges do not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination. Delivery times may be a little longer during sales and public holidays. When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number via e-mail which you can use to track your order.
Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason besides defect (see limitations down), you will be responsible for return shipping charges. We will ship your replacement item(s) at no additional shipping charge.

– Items must be returned within 15 days of purchase.
– Items purchased in the sale period will not be refunded.
– Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return.
SHOOP is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters. Similarly, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself, such as clearance delays. In cases such as these, please directly contact courier company with any inquiries about the status of your package or email our Customer Service department at firstname.lastname@example.org
Will I be charged shipping for a return?
Yes, you are responsible for return shipping and we recommend purchasing delivery confirmation or tracking. In the event that you choose to forgo secured tracking, SHOOP is not responsible for the package if it is lost or otherwise not received.

Cambios y devoluciones
Si desea devolver un artículo por alguna razón que no sea un defecto (cambio de talla, color…) será responsable de los gastos de envío en la devolución. Nosotros reemplazaremos el artículo y se lo enviaremos de nuevo sin gastos de envío adicionales. Por favor, tenga en cuenta las siguientes limitaciones: – Los artículos deben ser devueltos en un plazo máximo de 15 días posteriores a la compra.
– Los artículos rebajados no serán reembolsados.
– Los artículos que han sido lavados o alterados de cualquier forma no pueden ser aceptados para cambio o devolución. Deben ser recibidos en las mismas condiciones en las que fueron enviados.
